Altenew July Release Blog Hop

Hi crafty Friends! Welcome to the Altenew July 2016 Release Blog Hop! Special hello if you arrived from Keeway Taso's blog. :) I am excited to participate in this event and share with you my freshest layouts featuring two of the amazing new Altenew stamp sets.

But let's check my projects!
The first project was made with the pretty mult-layer Tulip stamp set. It's super easy to stamp with it layered tulip images. I created a tulip field around my sweet dog, Füli. As you can see the stamp set includes sentiments what can be used on scrapbook layouts and cards as well. Combinations of used inks: Mango Smoothie and Warm Sunshine, Crimson and Ruby Red, Forest Glades and Evergreen Crisp Dye Ink. 




For the second layout I used the Floral Shadow stamp set. It became my favourite immediately, as you don't need to layer or color, you just stamp and go. Actually it was also easy to fussy cut the prints. This stamp set is amazingly versatile as you can use on spring or on fall projects. For the flowers and branches I used the Altenew Warm Sunshine Crisp Dye Ink.

    I love both of your layouts, however the yellow one caught my (eye). I was looking at it and thought they were wiggly eyes and I read the Remember and had to look close to read the rest, I thought it would read "to smell the flowers" Then I saw the coffee cups, duh! Laugh is on me. I must start using my stamps for layouts as that was my reason for buying them, but then I make cards. Better get going as I am only about 150 years behind if you count my grandparents on down to my grandchild. TF the laugh!
