Sziasztok! Ma ismét a like for ever blogon van jelenésem. :)

Hi! Yesterday I was on the like for ever blog with Sunday Challenge. I love layouts with big photos so I want to challenge you to use a photo that’s at least A5 size. For my layout I used an 8″x12″ photo that my sweet scrap-friend kindly donated to me. Their daughter just turned 3 a few weeks ago and they took this lovely family portrait. The photo really inspired me so I asked her permission to scrap it as the colours co-ordinate so well with this month’s ‘Little Things’ Kit. I couldn’t resist! The empty wall was begging for embellishments, which is why I oversized the photograph to the top of the layout.

I thought the bottom of the layout looked busy enough already so I used decorative elements only at the top of the layout. I added lots of pieces from the ephemera pack. Their size is quite big so they look great on this layout. The stars of the layout (after the family) are the two big die cut flower bouquets. They’re gorgeous! I also added ephemera doilies to the top of the layout to cover the balloons as their colours didn’t fit with My Mind’s Eye On Trend 2.

A bal felső sarokban egy kis csoportot alkottam zászlókból, amik a 12"x6" matrica ívből valók és erre írtam a rövid kommentet is. Címnek a ragyogó arany akril feliratot választottam.... nem tudok betelni vele.

I created a group of banners from the Accessory Sticker sheet and wrote some journaling on the white one. The shiny acrylic word is from the main kit… I love it so much. It gives such a special touch to your project.

The gold foil number 3 marks the age of their cute little girl. It’s also from the ephemera pack and I adhered it with foam tape to give dimension to the layout.

Jó kis feladat megtartani a fotó fókuszát a dekorációval szemben.

Did you notice that I didn’t use any patterned paper? Give it a go yourself – play with a huge photo and try to keep the focus on this when embellishing. It’s good fun but quite a challenge!
One more project to go! Have a nice Sunday and see you next week!

Köszönöm, hogy benéztél!

Thanks for stopping by!
