Hi Ladies! Welcome to the Altenew May 2017 Release Blog Hop. In case you are keeping the blog hop order you should have arrived from Carissa Wiley blog. This time Altenew released several new Stamps, Dies and what is more gorgeous Embossing Powders! They are avible in six version: Antique Silver, Antique Gold, Golden Peach, Crystal Clear, Pure White and Translucent Pearl. 
Now it's time to show my project, which I created especially for this event. I used the new Altenew Budding Stamp Set and Altenew Reflection scrapbook collection.
First I stamped those amazing flowers using Cosmic Berry, Purple Wine, Puffy Heart from Rose Petal Set. The yellow flowers were created with Warm Sunshine and Buttercream from Summer Afternoon Set, for the leaves I used Evergreen and Forest Glades from Green Fields Set.
I fussy cut the flowers, but you can also use the Altenew Budding Die Set. I placed the cut outs on patterned papers. To embellish my layout I added a Decorative Frame and Puffy Alphabet Sticker from Reflection collection.

ReplyDeleteThose rose petals look so real! Once my sister and I went to the oldest rose gardens in the country in CT where I live. I couldn't pick any of the roses but I could pick all the petals I wanted from the ground. I took them home and laminated them and had real rose petals to use for cards. They even smelled through the laminate! I see you also used my favorite color, yellow, on your layout. I love what you did and you are one of the few who didn't do the same thing as everyone else. Love it!
